1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mbookx (Mbookx™) at https://mbookx.top. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
If you do not agree, do not use Mbookx.
2. What Mbookx provides
Mbookx is a software service that helps you create, read, branch, and manage AI-assisted interactive fiction using credits.
Generated text is produced by third-party AI models based on your prompts. We apply automated safety checks on prompts and output, and may review public library works.
Output may still be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your audience. We do not guarantee literary quality or factual accuracy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher.
If you purchase a paid plan, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and authorized to use the payment method.
You may not use the service if you are barred under applicable law or previously suspended by us.
4. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One natural person may not maintain multiple free accounts to abuse signup or promotional credits.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security, legal, or abuse risks.
5. Credits & digital delivery
Book credits and rewrite credits are virtual units used inside the platform. They are not currency, have no cash value, and are non-transferable except as we expressly allow.
Credits are consumed when you start eligible generation or branching actions. Once a generation job has started, the corresponding credit is considered used.
Starter Pack credits are granted after successful one-time payment. Subscription credits are granted for each paid billing period while your subscription remains active.
Unless stated otherwise on the pricing page, unused monthly subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Delivery of paid digital benefits is automatic: credits and plan entitlements are applied to your account after Paddle confirms payment (typically within minutes via webhook).
6. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record
Paid plans on Mbookx are sold and billed by Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates ("Paddle"), who act as the merchant of record for checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and applicable consumer billing disclosures.
Mbookx provides the software service; Paddle handles the transaction. Your payment contract for checkout is with Paddle, subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

Prices are shown on our pricing page before checkout. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout as determined by Paddle.
We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
7. Subscriptions
Creator and Pro are recurring subscriptions billed at the interval shown at checkout (e.g. monthly).
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel renewal at any time through the Paddle customer portal (Billing on your account page after purchase).
Canceling stops future charges; access to subscription-tier entitlements and unused subscription credits may end at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required by law.
We may change subscription prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice where required by law. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.
8. Refunds & billing disputes
Because credits and digital access are delivered immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been granted or used, except where required by applicable consumer law or Paddle policy.
If you believe you were charged in error, did not receive credits after a successful payment, or wish to request a refund, contact us at support@mbookx.top with your account email and transaction reference. We will investigate with Paddle.
Payment disputes, chargebacks, and refund decisions for transactions processed by Paddle may also be handled under Paddle's buyer terms and applicable payment network rules.

9. Your content, originality & AI output
You retain rights to the prompts, outlines, and creative direction you submit.
You must create original interactive fiction. You may not use Mbookx to copy, closely paraphrase, or systematically reproduce published novels, series, or other copyrighted works.
AI-generated text may not be fully copyrightable in all jurisdictions. Please review output before publishing or commercializing it.
If you publish a story to the public library, you grant Mbookx a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that work while it remains published.
10. Acceptable use & content standards
You may not use Mbookx to create, store, or distribute illegal content; content that exploits minors; non-consensual sexual content; hate or violence incitement; malware; or material that infringes intellectual property.
Prompts must not primarily aim to recreate identifiable characters, plots, or substantial text from real commercial books.
You may not bypass credit limits, scrape the service, reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with other users.
We may block generation, remove public works, or suspend accounts when automated or manual review indicates a Terms violation.
11. Service changes & availability
We may modify features, credit costs, models, or availability with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, API limits, or outages at third-party providers (AI, hosting, payment) may affect generation speed or availability.
12. Limitation of liability
Mbookx is provided "as is" and "as available" where permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service or AI output.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to Paddle for Mbookx in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top will change when we do.
Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
