By using Mbookx (Mbookx™) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service description
Mbookx is an AI-assisted interactive story platform. Generated content is produced by third-party AI models and may contain inaccuracies.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for activity under your account.
One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to abuse credits.
4. Credits & payments
Book credits and rewrite credits are consumed when you generate or branch stories.
Paid plans are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Refunds follow Paddle and applicable consumer law.
Credits from subscriptions renew each billing cycle; unused monthly credits do not roll over unless stated.
5. Content ownership
You retain rights to prompts and creative direction you provide.
AI-generated text may not be fully copyrightable in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for how you publish or commercialize output.
6. Acceptable use
Do not generate illegal content, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes others' rights.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Limitation of liability
Mbookx is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or AI output quality beyond fees paid in the prior 12 months.
