1. About AI-generated stories

Mbookx helps you create interactive fiction with AI assistance. Stories, chapters, and branches are generated from your prompts using third-party AI models.

AI can be creative and useful, but it may also produce errors, uneven quality, or wording that does not match your intent. We encourage you to treat output as a draft to shape — not a finished professional work.

2. How we review content

Mbookx takes content safety seriously. We use automated checks on prompts and generated text to block clearly prohibited material (such as illegal content, prompt-injection abuse, and certain high-risk categories).

When content is flagged, generation may be stopped and the user notified. This automated review helps protect the community but cannot catch every issue.

Works you choose to publish in the public library may be reviewed or removed if they appear to violate our Terms, infringe others' rights, or pose safety or legal concerns.

Private drafts in your account are not line-by-line edited by our team before delivery; you remain the best judge of whether a draft is ready to keep or share.

3. Original creativity — no copying real books

Mbookx is for original interactive storytelling. You must not use the service to reproduce, closely imitate, or pass off existing published works.

This includes, without limitation: copying or paraphrasing substantial passages from real novels or series; generating entire chapters that track a commercial book's plot; or using prompts whose main purpose is to recreate identifiable copyrighted characters, settings, or storylines from published works.

Brief references, general genres, and common tropes are fine; wholesale copying or near-verbatim adaptation of real books is not.

If you believe content on Mbookx infringes your copyright, contact us at support@mbookx.top with details. We may remove content and take action against repeat offenders.

4. Before you publish

Please read and edit generated text before publishing or sharing it elsewhere.

By making a work public on Mbookx, you confirm that you have the right to share it, that it is not a copy of a real published book, and that it complies with our Terms.

Do not use AI stories as a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or other serious matters.

5. Entertainment purpose

Mbookx is designed for creative entertainment and personal storytelling.

Generated content is not legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

6. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Paid plans are billed by Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates ("Paddle"), who act as merchant of record for checkout, tax, and invoicing.

Mbookx provides the software; Paddle processes payments. Charges may appear as Paddle or Mbookx on your statement.

7. Credits & refunds

Book credits and rewrite credits are digital entitlements to use platform features. They are not cash balances.

Credits are usually added automatically after successful payment. Refund eligibility may be limited once credits are delivered or used, as described in our Terms and Paddle policy.

For billing questions or missing credits, email support@mbookx.top before opening a payment dispute so we can help quickly.

8. Service & third parties

We work with providers such as AI models, Supabase, Paddle, and Vercel. Their availability or policy changes may occasionally affect generation speed or access.

We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or permanent storage of every draft.

9. Understanding the limits

AI-assisted works may have uncertain copyright status depending on your country. We do not guarantee that output is original, non-infringing, or suitable for commercial use.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is." Liability limits are set out in our Terms of Service.
